We are beyond excited to welcome Sympatico Percussion Group to the Recital Hall this upcoming Tuesday, Jan. 17 at 7:30 p.m.🤙🎶 This superb group of musicians will be kick-starting our En Vivo guest artist concert series. You don't want to miss it! 😍

Please welcome freshman percussion major Fernando Perez to the studio! Paul Millette Sherry Rubins
Fernando says; "Hi, my name is Fernando Perez. I’m from Weslaco and I’ve come to San Antonio to pursue my career in musical education. My main instruments are violin and piano, but I’ve picked up an interest in percussion performance. I hope to learn more and have fun performing."

Please welcome our new graduate assistant Meaghan Trevino!
Meaghan graduated in Spring 2022 from Texas A&M University - Kingsville with a Bachelor of Music in Music Education, Summa Cum Laude. She says: "During my time at TAMUK, I studied under Dr. Bill Ricketts, Mr. Randy Fluman, and Dr. Ben Tomlinson. I served as Vice President of the TAMUK Association of Percussion Students, and Sergeant-At-Arms and President of the Lambda Lambda chapter of Sigma Alpha Iota. I’m excited to start my Masters at UTSA, and ready to get to playing and studying with a new group of people!"
We are looking forward to having you with us Meaghan!

Extremely excited and proud to announce that for their first appearance in program history the utsa indoor group placed 7th at the WGI open class finals this weekend in Dayton Ohio. Way to finish strong!
