SAC TechConnect Our mission is to provide the SAC community with technology updates, tips and available services. Welcome to the Office of Technology Services (OTS)!

OTS manages the college's technology infrastructure and offers a wide range of services to assist members of faculty, staff and students with their technical needs. Our Mission is to provide the San Antonio College community with reliable and secure information technology infrastructure and services. OTS offers several services including Helpdesk Services, Classroom Technology Support Services, Ne

twork Support Services, Technology Refresh, Campus Wireless Network Support, Video on Demand Support, High Tech Computer Labs, Faculty, Staff and Student Technology Training. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with some weekend support hours at our Student Mega Lab. Our one-stop Helpdesk contact number is (210) 486-0777.

Today’s Tip: Phishing

Cybercriminals use all sorts of tactics in phishing attacks. They may offer you money, threaten you if you don’t engage. Always verify before you click. Don’t respond to unexpected requests for sensitive info. When in doubt, contact your IT department directly. Stop and think before you click.

Public Wi-Fi networks—like those in airports, coffee shops, hotels, and other public spaces—are not secure. Anyone on the same network can potentially intercept the data you send and receive. by turning off auto-connect to Wi-Fi networks on your device.
