Knights of Columbus, Council #9902

Knights of Columbus, Council #9902 Together, we’re empowering Catholic men to live their faith at home, in their parish, at work and in their community. Faith. Family. Community. Service.

Knights of Columbus Council 9902 proudly serves our parish and surrounding community by living out the principles of Charity, Unity, and Fraternity every day. Rooted in Catholic faith and guided by the example of Blessed Father Michael J. McGivney, our council is committed to strengthening families, supporting our clergy, serving those in need, and being a visible witness to Christ in our communit

y. Our members are men of faith, many of whom are veterans, fathers, husbands, and community leaders. We serve through parish ministries, community outreach, support of the vulnerable, respect life initiatives, patriotic events, and hands-on service projects that make a real difference locally. Council 9902 is more than an organization — it is a brotherhood of men who stand together in prayer, service, and mission. Whether it’s supporting families in crisis, honoring our veterans and first responders, assisting our parish, or answering the call to help wherever needed, we are committed to serving God by serving others. We welcome Catholic men who are ready to grow in faith, serve their community, and be part of something bigger than themselves. If you’re looking for purpose, brotherhood, and a way to live your faith in action — you belong here.

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son...” — John 3:16

Today’s Gospel reminds us of the greatest act of love ever given. God did not abandon His people. He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, so that through Him we may have eternal life.

As Catholic men and Knights of Columbus, we are called to live in that love and share it with others through our faith, charity, and service.

Christ came not to condemn the world, but to save it, offering mercy, hope, and the light of truth to all who believe in Him.

May we never take that gift for granted and may our lives reflect the love of Christ in our homes, our parish, and our community.

Lord Jesus, strengthen our faith, guide our families, and help us walk always in Your light and truth. Amen.🙏🏽

Today, we honor and celebrate Fr. Will on the 22nd anniversary of his ordination to the priesthood.

Fr. Will has faithfully served God and our parish community with humility, compassion, and dedication. We are grateful for his leadership, prayers, and the countless ways he continues to guide and inspire our parish family.

Brother Knights and parishioners are invited to join us for our Corporate Communion Mass on Sunday, May 31st at the 10:45am Mass as we come together in prayer and celebrate Fr. Will’s anniversary.

Please continue to keep Fr. Will in your prayers as he continues his vocation and service to Christ and His Church.

Today we remember the brave men and women who laid down their lives for our country. Their sacrifice reminds us that freedom is never free and that true love is willing to give everything for others.

As Catholic men and Knights of Columbus, we are called to honor their memory not only with words, but through faith, service, and love of God and country.

Please join Council #9902 in prayer this Memorial Day.

Heavenly Father,
We entrust to You all fallen service members who gave their lives in defense of our nation. Welcome them into Your eternal kingdom and grant peace to their families and loved ones. Strengthen us as Catholic men to live with courage, humility, and faithfulness, always standing for what is true and just. May we never forget the sacrifices made for our freedoms and may we honor them by living lives worthy of that gift.

Through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Today, the Church observes the memorial of the Mexican martyrs, among them six priests who were members of the Knights of Columbus.

When the Cristero War broke out 100 years ago, Catholics in Mexico faced increasing persecution and even martyrdom at the hands of the government. In the face of these difficulties, the Knights of Columbus mounted an international campaign to defend the rights of the Church, raising $1 million for a campaign to educate the public and assist those affected.

Pope Pius XI explicitly recognized the Order’s role in his encyclical Iniquis Afflictisque, published Nov. 18, 1926, in response to the persecution in Mexico: “First of all we mention the Knights of Columbus … made up of active and industrious members who, because of their practical lives and open profession of the Faith, as well as by their zeal in assisting the Church, have brought great honor upon themselves.”
