Attention students!

It is getting closer to the opening of the new Media Studio on campus. It is now at the point where students can start reserving the space to help work out the final kinks. ​​Available services include recording audio and video projects, editing any type of content, photoshoots, podcasts, etc. The Media Studio's website has a bunch of new content including reservation instructions, FAQs, and How-To sections.

The studio provides a great opportunity for students to ​​create promo videos for club events or create content for their personal social media channels. Students do not need to have any experience nor do they have to be associated with any specific academic program or class to use the studio. All you need to have is a valid RedID.

Today marks 50 years since Martin Luther King Jr.'s assassination. The civil rights leader, at only 39 years old, was gunned down in Tennessee. We want to pay tribute to him and his legacy as today is a day of remembrance and reflection. There has been a feeling of reverence for a civil rights icon of paying homage to King's struggle for justice and a palpable sense of gratitude for his ultimate sacrifice. King's influence on so many people's lives is evident from all walks of life -- young and old, black or white.
