ulminates with an industry event for the students to showcase their projects. Industry support is crucial for success of the event, and very enjoyable for professionals. This group is also a place for other courses to share information on happenings and needs with CCE classes and students at SDSU. As Adjunct professors at SDSU, John Prince, Jim Haughey, and James Miller are committed to continuously improving the Senior Design Project class (CivE 495) to help the students learn and practice engineering more akin to how projects are pursued, planned, and executed in the "real world". John Prince also teaches the Introduction to Civil Engineering (CivE 100) course, where the prime objective is helping freshman students understand what the engineering profession is all about and what daily life is like for an engineer.
