“Hey guys my name is Carlos Sanchez I am a third year transfer student studying Political Science. One of the most rewarding aspects of my major is seeing how applicable it is on a day to day basis and having deeper understanding of issues revolving our community, nation and world at large.

PLEASE take a moment to read Malakai’s, our chapter brother’s son, story, we’ll be extremely grateful 💜

“I hate asking for help, I always have faith everything will end up working out. Our son Malakai unfortunately needs another cranial surgery but we want it to be his final one, this will be his fourth... Our kids deserve more than our very best and unfortunately in this situation our health insurance alone cannot cover his needs here in CA as we chose to see a specialist out of state. I hardly post anything on FB, and very much less keep in touch with many of you here, and I know all of you will feel it in your heart to want to help, but I know finances are tight these days so even a SHARE will help a great deal. This is our Hail Mary, the half court shot, our version of a Spirit Bomb if you’re a Dragon Ball Z fan, our last swing to homer through center field... this is the only thing holding his surgery back. He needs it ASAP... so thank you all so much in advance and if you are able to contribute to Malakai I pray you are blessed financially many times over 🙏🏽”

My name is Jason but I go by Mason, I’m a first year currently studying in Aerospace Engineering, I want to pursue a career working in private companies and in hopes of being recruited to be a project leader and mentor on the side. My hobbies consist of skating(if you’re tryna learn how to skate hmu), mentoring and volunteering for robotics teams, listening to music, chilling and hanging out with friends.

The reason I chose SLB is because of their dedication and hard to encourage oneself way to be a better person, and I see that working with me

“Hey everyone! My name is Domini. I’m a fifth year student studying Economics and Spanish. As far as future career goals go, I’m looking into Peace Corps as of right now. My family was supported by humanitarian efforts after the Vietnam War so I’m always looking for ways to give back. My hobbies include playing pool, listening to music, and hanging out with friends.
I decided to join SLB because I met genuine people who consistently tried to better the world and community around them. I saw people that pushed each other to be better daily. I also saw potential to expand my social and professional circle.
