SFSU Retirement Association

SFSU Retirement Association Communication, Contribution, and Collegiality: the association aims to keep retired faculty & staff in touch with friends, campus changes, & benefits.

In addition to keeping former faculty & staff in touch, we work to provide social events and learning opportunities for members, and to help support the campus and its employees with travel grants. The Retirement Association traditionally has two luncheons a year around Thanksgiving and St. Patrick's Day; the November meeting is also the annual business meeting for all members. A variety of opport

unities are announced throughout the year in the Off-Campus Bulletin and by email such as theater events, visits to historical sites, and nature walks. We distribute a membership directory every few years and send a representative to the Statewide Emeritus and Retired Faculty Association of the California State University system.
