Visting the podium three times on the day, track & field ended Outdoor Nationals with All-Americans in the women’s 800m (Lina Hanich), men’s 400m hurdles (Robin Black), and the men’s 4x400m relay.

Academy of Art track & field had a grand total of six All-Americans emerge from a busy finale to NCAA Division II Outdoor Nationals out at CSU Pueblo ThunderBowl on Championship Saturday.

The best triple jump of Yacouba Gnacko’s career powered him to his 10th All-American honor while Lina Hanich (800m) and the men’s 4x400m relay both moved on to Championship Saturday as the sun set on the second day of Outdoor Nationals.

An exciting second day of NCAA Division II Outdoor Nationals had one Academy of Art track & field Urban Knight hoist an All-American trophy while others qualified through to Championship Saturday. Yacouba Gnacko highlighted the day with his best triple jump of the season.
