Step to College Program

Step to College Program Step to College Program's mission is to bring San Francisco State University to high school students

Step To College Program students are high school juniors and seniors who take courses that train them in critical thinking, academic literacy, and technology, as well as other college preparatory courses for which they receive up to twelve (12) units of transferable credit from San Francisco State University. The courses are taught by a university faculty member in an effort to familiarize histori

cally under-represented urban students with the format and structure of university courses. Students who participate in the program also receive help filling out university applications for admissions and financial aid.

Thanks, Alex Sanchez for sharing! More than half a century after the 1968 student strikers demanded equity and diversity in education, we’re recognizing their work and supporting future advocates of racial justice with the MAKING AAPI HISTORY campaign — raising awareness and resources for Asian American Studies at SF State.
Support Asian American Studies by midnight May 28 and help us hit our goal of 50 gifts. https://www.givecampus.com/nrhvei
