We are a community organization at San Jose State University aimed to raise awareness about heart disease and stroke. Heart disease and stroke are the number one and fourth cause of death in the United States. Join us and become an ambassador of a healthy community by educating others on how to prevent heart disease and stroke. We will be working with the American Heart Association among other health organizations to volunteer and do community service.
