Welcome back to another year! We are so excited to announce we’ll be having our first meeting for winter quarter TOMORROW at 12:10pm - 1pm. Mind you, we changed rooms (and time) so we are now located in Science North, Room 206.

Last week, some of our members went to French Hospital to attend a panel presentation and discussion hosted by the Hearst Cancer Resource Center in SLO. Panelists covered the latest information on breast cancer, genetics, and menopause to help patients confidently understand long term health.

It was a pleasure seeing two of the panelists be our own guest speakers and mentors, Dr. Bianca Russell (clinical geneticist & assistant professor at UCLA) and Amanda Shrewsbury, MS (pediatric & cancer genetic counselor at UCLA Health). We love supporting them and appreciate their support for us!
