We’re looking for motivated, personable, and creative people to join us as Makerspace Techs and Shop Techs for Summer & Fall 2026! You’re welcome to apply to both, but applicants can only be selected for one position—follow the link in our bio to apply.

Last week we had our annual Winter Formal, an evening full of laughter, music, food, and well dressed techs!

While the start might have been some milling 🪛 around we all eventually got to turning ⚙️ up, and by the end it was definitely not boring.🔨

🪵🎲 Check out Viki’s custom Monopoly board!

Viki is one of our shop techs and the Wood Shop Supervisor, and she designed an incredible custom Monopoly board featuring iconic San Luis Obispo businesses. She built the entire thing in the Mustang ’60 wood shop using our woodworking tools and laser cutters.
