Join us for a hands-on, one-day workshop where you’ll learn how to make delicious sausages from start to finish. From grinding and seasoning to stuffing and cooking, this class covers everything you need to know—no experience required.
Led by expert instructor Jacob Dilger, you’ll get plenty of time to practice, ask questions, and take your finished product home.

This summer is flying by but it has been "jam" packed with excitement. students in the Innovation and Entrepreneur class got hands-on experience in the culinary lab as they designed unique, themed charcuterie boards as part of their class project! They incorporated several products into their boards too, such as cheeses, jams and chocolates! 😋
