Kappa Kappa Gamma offers a member experience ranging from friendship to mentoring, from leadership to service and from campus activities to a lifetime of community involvement. Today we want to feature our incredible Marshal: ⚜️💙

“Hi! My name is Sheridan Reineck, and I am a third-year English major and linguistics minor. Joining Kappa Kappa Gamma in the fall of 2020 is one of the best decisions I have made in my collegiate years. I am so honored to have had the opportunity to lead Eta Rho in all ritual, historical, and traditional aspects this year. Kappa’s history is built upon six women with pioneering spirits, passion for knowledge, and empathy for others; I can confidently say that these values are still reflected in the members of our chapter. The most impactful part of being Marshal has been the connections I have made with Kappa alumni who have attended our initiation ceremonies here in SLO. Meeting alumni of all ages from various chapters has solidified my love for this sorority in its entirety. Kappa is a lifelong, everlasting sisterhood that I am forever thankful for.”

“Hi! My name is Margo Kapp, and this is my third year in Kappa. I am so honored and humbled to act as a mentor for our lovely new pc, as they transition to full time members. When I’m not lurking around the house or at a kappa related event, I’m in class working towards my major in business, with a concentration in marketing. Joining Kappa my freshman year was the easiest decision I ever made. It’s such a surreal feeling to be a third year, living in for another year, and becoming the mom of 60+ new members. Stoked for whats to come!!”🤍

In the spirit of recruitment starting tomorrow we wanted to introduce our amazing Membership Chair, Emma Stanton!💗

“Hi everyone my name is Emma Stanton and I am a third year business major from Portland, Oregon! I joined Kappa as a first year through formal recruitment in the fall of 2020 and feel so grateful to have found a group of girls I can now call my home. I am the current membership chair for our chapter and I want nothing more than to help all of the future Panhellenic members find their home as I did! Going through this process I found my current and future roommates, best friends, and a support system I didnt even know I needed. I encourage everyone going through this process to be yourself and have an open mind. As a community we are constantly educating one another and pushing our sisters to be the best versions of themselves! I love you all to the moon and back and I cannot wait to see what the future holds! Stay positive and confident and just be yourself, your future home is waiting for you:)”
