We produce and coordinate about 4 fashion shows a year. Opportunities available through the organization include styling, modeling, PR and marketing, photography, fashion journalism, event planning, and much more. Bra Night: A fashion show designed to raising awareness about breast cancer prevention. Different student organizations are tasked with the design, decoration, and description of a bra i
n a competition. A fashion show interlude featuring the season's latest garments is also presented. Trashion Show: A fashion show designed to educate the public about the impact that the fashion industry has on the environment. We inform people how they can reuse their clothes and other ways to help save the environment. We get clothing donations, deconstruct them into new garments, and showcase the creativity of our student designers. Boxer Night: A fashion show with the aim of raising awareness about testicular cancer as well as cancer prevention. We get different organizations to design, decorate, and give a brief description of the boxer and organization. A fashion show interlude featuring the latest garments is also presented. The Final Show: A fashion show featuring the latest looks and styles from the season. We aim to showcase the full creative output of our members. Additionally we also showcase the lines of student designers. The Final Show typically closes out FashioNation's fashion week, which is usually celebrated with a variety of events around San Marcos.
