It is with deep sadness that SUNY Niagara shares the passing of Trustee Emeritus Bill Ross at the age of 92.
For more than two decades, Trustee Ross was a dedicated member of the SUNY Niagara Board of Trustees and a steadfast champion of our college and its students. His leadership and advocacy shaped the 2008 student housing initiative, helped create the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute and later secured funding for the campus's Learning Commons.
Beyond his many accomplishments, Trustee Ross will be remembered for his enthusiasm, positivity, generosity and genuine belief in the future of SUNY Niagara. We are deeply grateful for his years of service and the lasting impact he made on our college community.
Our heartfelt condolences go to Trustee Ross's family and friends. He will be greatly missed and fondly remembered.
