The Criminal Law Association was established to promote unity and provide a strong networking channel among students with interests in criminal law. It aims to increase students' awareness of the social, political, and psychological issues pertinent to America's criminal justice system. The Criminal Law Association will host events to allow students to view diverse issues from the perspective of t

he accused, the victim, the prosecution and defense, the Judge and Magistrates, and our society at large. Our goal is to provide our members with an in depth approach to the study and expected practice of advocacy in the criminal law community, and do so with the following objectives in mind:

A. Courtroom exposure
2. Guest speakers
B. Networking
1. Establishing contacts within the field of criminal law
2. Establishing liaisons with other criminal law associations
C. Community Service
1. Community-oriented events
2. Working closely with the criminal law community
