Our College serves the diverse educational, economic and cultural needs of the student population of Santa Clara, the Silicon Valley and our global community by providing associate degrees, transferable, career and basic skills courses and programs, as well as opportunities for life-long learning. Through participatory governance in support of our first priorities, Mission College systematically c

ommits to evaluating and improving educational programs, technological resources and student support services by making informed decisions, allocating resources, and establishing institutional policies and procedures. The VALOR Center is a direct extension of Mission College’s overarching philosophy of student success. As combat operations in the Middle East comes to a conclusion and our armed services start to downsize in response, we are to expect the number of service members separating from active duty to increase. Mission College’s Veterans Services are prepared and ready to provide our returning service members with the quality education that they deserve. Veterans are not the only population that we serve here at VALOR. We also welcome our active duty and active reserve members who are looking to progress their careers or earn a degree while still in uniform. Our community also includes military dependents who qualify for educational benefits through selected VA programs. Together, our military community members can expect guidance and care from our first class staff members while they attend classes at Mission College. Because here at Mission College is Where today’s students meets tomorrow’s opportunities.

Happy Sunday Mission college students and staff!

Our air quality levels are starting to show improvement, meaning our school and office will be open tomorrow.

To some people who may continue to experience effects from the air, please continue to exercise caution when being outside by wearing a mask and/or decreasing air exposure. We hope to see everyone back on Monday and continue to stay safe out there.

School campus will close on Friday to Sunday. Normal school and office operations are scheduled to resume on Monday, Nov. 19th. Please check for further updates this weekend.
