It was a beautiful sunny Friday, perfect for an outdoor event welcoming the Spring of 2022. It was the first event by the SGA for this year and the 125 years old Picchetti Winery was the
perfect location. An outdoor picnic, wine tasting, and hiking was just the best way to relax before ending the semester and working on the deadlines for assignments.

We started off with tasting six different types of wine all made at their own vineyard alongside a wide variety of snacks, and the cheese boards with the fig jam was the ideal combination. We spent the last few minutes hiking on the trails, clicking beautiful pictures while spending time networking with students and alumni.

However, some may have thought of this event as an April fool’s day joke and didn’t show up. Thank you SGA, it was indeed a “sip and relax” kind of fun event…looking forward to many such
events in the future

Don’t miss out the the fifth and last Summer 2020 episode of ITU Presents, Series: Emerging Technologies, streaming on Saturday, August 08th! As all current ITU students know...finals are approaching soon! So why not meet up once before and have a fun-filled evening to relieve some stress?

On behalf of SGA, we would like to invite you to join us on August 1, 2020 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM. We are planning to have a scavenger hunt, a couple of games, along with gift cards awarded for best dressed students, winners, and runners up of the activity!

In the networking session, we will get to meet Xiaoyin Qu Founder & CEO of Run The World. Learn about her story how they raised Round-A funding without meeting the investors in person during this pandemic, and try out their most popular feature: Cocktail Party afterward!
