Meet recent grad Tala (Psychology B.A. & Legal Studies minor, Class of 2026). She’s now at Harvard getting her Master’s degree! Tala had the opportunity of being a lead research assistant in two cognitive psychology labs as well as a disability resource center notetaker, but that’s not all: she was also the lead mascot for the Admissions office. She graduated in three years and managed to study abroad in Rome, do undergraduate research, AND serve as our lead mascot!

We are so grateful to have had Tala as a mascot, and we’re so happy to hear she is continuing her work at a research lab at Harvard... but to us, she’s forever a Banana Slug! 🍌💙
