Allan Hancock College Agribusiness program offers associate degrees or certificates in viticulture, winemaking or wine business, including wine and food pairing and geograph

ic information systems. Enology and viticulture curriculum prepares graduates for upper division work and is transferable to either the University of California Davis, California State University Fresno, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, or Sonoma State.

The life cycle of our Pinot Noir grapes🍇

1. Hand harvested from the AHC Vineyard.
2. These grapes go directly in the press.
3. Beautiful light pink juice coming from these Pinot Noir grapes.
4. Adding some nutrients to the fermenting juice.🫧

These Pinot Noir grapes will eventually become our newest vintage of Sparkling Blanc de Noir!✨🍾

Cheers to Harvest 2026!🍇

Yesterday we harvested some of our Pinot Noir for our sparkling w**e program. 🍾

Harvest started a few weeks earlier than expected this year. We are off to a great start and can’t wait for you to try the 2026 vintage.🍷
