In CSHE 8321 Mediterranean Savory Pastry, students will learn how to prepare soft homemade dough from scratch, then shape and fill pastries with flavorful ingredients such as cheese, seasoned meat, and spinach. Participants will practice kneading, resting, shaping, and preparing filled pastries while learning techniques for achieving the right texture and flavor. β¨
