SRJC’s Extended Opportunities, Programs & Services -EOPS- is accepting applications for FALL 2015 starting TODAY.

Interested students must meet ALL of the following eligibility criteria:
Must be considered a California resident, including AB540 students;
Must be approved for BOGW for the 2015-16 academic year, type A1, A2, A3 or B;
Must be considered a FULL TIME student, enrolled in 12 units or more for Fall 2015*;

*DRD/DSPS, Foster Youth, CalWORKS and other students may qualify for an exception to the 12 unit requirement –please inquire about an EOPS 12-unit Waiver.

Once the student has enrolled for Fall 2015, and you know they meet the above criteria, please refer them for an EOPS Fall 2015 Application at the SRJC EOPS/CARE Office, 2nd floor Bertolini, room 4722.

EOPS/CARE is open 8a -5p Monday through Thursday during the summer, and then also Fridays starting August 7, 2015.

[We’ll be closed this Thursday 7/2 in observance of the Independence Day holiday.]

At the Petaluma campus, our EOPS Intake Specialist, Ms. Wanda Bynum, is available in the Counseling Department (Doyle Hall) on Wednesdays from 1p to 5p. to meet with students who have questions or need assistance with the EOPS application.

The Completion Ceremony is on Thursday, 5/21. Join us at 4pm for lei-making and 6pm for the Ceremony. We'll be in Bertolini's Student Activities Center.

Who should participate? Any Latino/a student who has completed or will complete:

An AA/AS degree,

A certificate this spring semester,

The E.S.L. certificate this spring semester,

The G.E.D. test this semester,

Has met all requirements to transfer into a university, Attended Santa Rosa Junior College and now has graduated or will graduate from a university by the end of the semester.
