The Sunset Chapter of American Business Women is offering an impact scholarship for $2,000 to those qualifying. To qualify you must: (1) Be a female who is a U.S. citizen residing in Sarasota county or Manatee-County, (2) will be in college or graduate level in Fall 2022, and (3) have a 2.5 GPA or better. The application requires: (1) a biographical sketch,
(2) three (3) professional letters of reference and
(3) an official transcript (mailed directly from the school). If eligible to apply or have questions please email Lisa Worley (Education Chair of the Sunset Chapter of ABWA) at [email protected]. The DEADLINE is MAY 15, 2022.

The Community Foundation of Sarasota has opened their Traditional Scholarship application for 2022. This app is available to any student under the age of 24 from Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte, or DeSoto counties. 3. Please describe the greatest challenge you’ve had to overcome and how you managed to get past it.

This scholarship will support three female, low-income high school seniors or undergraduate students majoring in STEM.

This scholarship is available to any woman, either in high school or studying at an undergraduate level, who is pursuing a career in a math-related field.
