Our first guest speaker is Matthew Growney , investor, creative director, and educator whose work bridges design, strategy, and long-term thinking. Through , he has collaborated with global brands across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, food, and tech, helping transform cultural insight into enduring products and ventures.

It was exciting to see our students go through the Startup Weekend workshop led by Bob Pozen and Susan Neal.

A deep dive into the MIT-developed 24 Steps to Disciplined Entrepreneurship framework, the workshop encouraged them to create their own businesses and turn their ideas into viable, tested concepts.

In just three days, they went from idea to validation to a final pitch.
