For Contemplation:
Why we get two Ugadis in one year in a time span of one month?

One is called 'Chandramana Ugadi' where the new year is recognized by Chandra-The cosmic energy responsible for manas.

Second is called 'Souramana Ugadi' where the new year is recognized by Surya-The cosmic energy responsible for Atma.

The gap between two Ugadis is around 15 days. This gap represents half cycle of lunar month (masa).

When we celebrate two Ugadis every year, we are aligning our Individual Atma and manas to cosmic nature (Vishwa Prakruti).

This is annual clean up and fresh up of every individual by Cosmic Yoga. In between, we also have one more Ugadi by Guru, cosmic energy responsible for Intellect (Buddhi).

The combination of Surya, Chandra and Guru means Integration of Atma - Manas - Buddhi. This is Gita-Yoga.

Yoga- Samskrutham: international Yoga day message.

Yoga-Samskrutham University, on the occassion of International day of Yoga, shares following traditional understanding embedded in Samskruth technical terms of Yoga.

1. Vak- Yoga is the Vedic name of Samskrutham.

2. Maharshi Patanjali is the yoga- Sutra connector of Language: Samskrutham , Yoga and Life- Science of Healthy longevity.

3. Srimad Bhagavadgita , in 700 slokas- 18 chapters is the consolidation of all Vedic Yoga's and Vedanta. Patanjali Yoga- Sutra in about 200 formulas organized in four chapters is a consolidation of All Yoga's in Gita.

Yoga- Samskrutham University is an American Religion University, guided to provide Yoga- Samskrutham Higher Education and awards to contribute to excellence of national work force as Applied Yoga- Professionals serving society as practicing yogis with Yoga Value leadership, protectors and promoters of Sanatana Dharma.

Indian Forum of Yoga- Samskrutham University finds another affiliate at Hyderabad, Telangana for promotion of Vedanga Jyotisha - Higher education awards program. The program is an integrated course for Doctoral Award in Vedanga Jyotisha under provisions of American Religion University.
