Hello,

Hope your first day of classes is off to a great start! We wanted to reach out to you all and make you aware of the upcoming ICC meeting. The meeting will be next Thursday, March 31st, at 5:30pm on the second floor of the student center. Attendance is MANDATORY in order for your clubs to apply for funding this spring quarter.

You’re almost there! We have exactly 2 weeks left in Winter 2016. As we get closer and closer to spring break, three are a few things we’d like you to be aware of.

First, make sure to complete your quarterly reports! Those reports help us gather valuable data we can use to continually improve ICC’s operations. Additionally, completing those reports is a mandatory requirement for clubs applying for allocated funding in Spring.

Second, keep an eye out for deadlines for club reimbursements. As you all (hopefully) know, you’ll have until Monday, April 4th to submit any reimbursement requests from Winter ’16. If you need a reimbursement before the break, however, make sure to turn in your requests by Monday, March 14th at 5:30 p.m. at the Student Involvement Office. Any requests turned in by that day will be processed and issued the following morning.

Welcome back, everyone!!!

We hope you had a wonderful winter break and are coming back refreshed and ready. There are just a couple of important announcements we want to bring to your attention before class starts back up:

First, mark your calendars for Thursday, January 7th at 5:30 p.m. as we will be having the quarterly ICC meeting at the 2nd floor of the Student Center. Yes, we know this is technically the day after class starts but it was the best time we could have the meeting before things start getting busy. As you already know, attendance at the meeting is mandatory for clubs wanting to request allocated funding this quarter.

Second, after careful deliberation, we have decided we will not be able to hold Winter Fest this year. The loss of D Field, the unusual timing of this quarter and low turnout last year lead us to this decision. We’re so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause any of you!
