Following this year’s Alpha Phi International Leadership Conference, we are proud to share that our chapter received the Red Dress Gala Fundraising Award, after raising $89,000 without ticket sales and $113,000 total in support of women’s heart health across the Western Quadrant.
In recognition of National Wear Red
Day, we continue this mission as we prepare to host our Annual Red Dress Gala on April 18 at Club Husky, raising funds for women’s heart health research at UW Medicine cardiology.
This year’s proceeds will support the work of Dr. Efstathia Andrikopoulou, whose research advances sex-specific cardiovascular risk prediction and precision cardio-oncology care for women.
The Gala brings together students, alumni, families, and community partners for an evening of dinner, programming, and silent and live auctions, all dedicated to advancing women’s heart health. We warmly invite our Facebook network to join us in supporting this mission. For those unable to attend, “In Spirit” tickets and donation options are available, all of which directly support education and community initiatives aimed at improving cardiovascular outcomes for women locally and beyond.
We are grateful to our members, alumni, and supporters whose commitment makes this impact possible.
