Dr. Melanie Thompson has been educating the young minds of students about Business Ethics and Accounting at Texas Lutheran University for 11 years. Dr. Thompson was the first woman president of the Texas Society of CPA's, as well as the first woman presiding officer of the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.

Mishonnye Turner is a nontraditional student, as well as a full time employee at Texas Lutheran University. Turner is pursuing a concentration in Management with a minor in Theology. Turner feels she has the skill set and talent in working with people for a management career. She is also specializing in theology because she is interested I what is good for people as a whole. Turner is expected to graduate in May 2015.
