Delighted to announce that the 2025 Colloquium Seminar will be lead by Dr. Jesse Rodin (Department of Music, Stanford University). In addition to his research and teaching, Dr. Rodin is also the director of the acclaimed early music ensemble, Cut Circle. He is bringing an exciting perspective to the conference this year through his experience as a scholar and as someone engaged in active and experimental performances around the world, and we couldn't be more thrilled!

The seminar will function as a workshop introducing scholars from any discipline to both the basics of and developments in music theory in the later Middle Ages. No experience with music history, theory, or performance is expected. For more on this opportunity to expand your work into new methodologies, see the full description below. We hope you can join us!
