Phase 1 complete, we have a working 4-node Raspberry Pi cluster, based on tutorials by Prof Suzanne Matthews and Prof Simon Cox. Thanks to summer research intern Daniel Molder C'19 for the good work.

A second first (what?): Sewanee Computing Society hosted a "Hack Day" with speakers from various Tennessee software developers aboard.

A first: Sewanee CS sends two programming teams to a programming contest, the regional CCSC:MS contest at Rhodes College. Team "Purple Cyphers" took 3rd place, the first time a Sewanee team has placed since I've been here. Congrats to Nasko Apostolov and John Hyatt. Also thanks to "Java at the BAR" team members Ryan Regal and Danny Evans.
