Good afternoon everyone!

Homecoming weekend has begun, so I just wanted to give a little update for what ADT has planned!
- Our Alumni Brunch Mixer is going to be held on Saturday morning from 10am-1pm in the Mary Sue Cushman room. It's a perfect way to meet some current members before heading to the homecoming football game tailgate!
- We've also got some new ADT pins for sale this weekend!

If you're on campus, please stop by. We are so excited to see everyone!

Hey everyone!

I’ve updated the access to the Alumni Information Form! I didn’t realized that it automatically only let Sewanee emails fill it out, so thank you for letting me know.

I'll be using this form to create connections between former and current ADT's! I'll also be referring back to our past PR alumni form, but I'd love to get the most up to date information from you all. :)

Hey everyone! I’m hopping on here to give you all some updates from the first half of Fall 2023!
- On Sept. 23rd, we welcomed 11 new turtles home during Uprush ‘23!!
- On Oct. 6th, some of our turtles, including some of our new turtles, got gowned!!
- We are working on ordering new merch specifically for alums! I’ll make a separate post for those items when they come in.
- Finally, we are planning an ADT brunch during homecoming weekend this year for anyone who will be on the mountain Nov. 3rd-5th!! I’ll be attaching an Alumni Information form to this post. Please fill it out, especially if you are interested in connecting with the current ADT’s, whether that be in person or otherwise. 🙂

Hey everyone!

I am so excited to announce that we have partnered with EF Ultimate Break to put together an ADT Greeks Go Global trip for May 21st to June 2nd of 2024. As we have not filled this trip to capacity, we would love to invite any current members or alums between ages 18-35 to join us in ITALY AND GREECE!! The trip has a max capacity of 44 people, and it is first come, first serve. The price is around $4,000 per person, but includes round-trip flights, lodging, activities, and so much more for the two week trip. Additionally, the more we fill up this trip, the more discounts and add-ons we get. I have attached the link to the itinerary for anyone who would like to check it out:

This past Sunday, 16 members of Alpha Delta Theta graduated and joined our large network of alumni. Thank you to the Class of 2023 for your contribution to the Sewanee community and for everything you’ve done for ADT. We can’t wait to see what this group of amazing members do in the future, and we wish them all the best of luck. YITS❤️🐢

We have gotten some feedback from you all via the RSVP portal and wanted to communicate that we are canceling this weekend's alumni meeting.
We have been planning this weekend since January but made the assumption that social media was a good way to communicate with the majority of our alumni base and now we know that this is not the case. We had gathered the best times in early January via email and pushed most of our details out on Facebook, but now we understand that this was likely not the best platform to reach you all.

In the future, we will send more email communications for major ADT events and inquiries! We apologize for the inconvenience. If there was anyone who had made reservations/plans to travel up this weekend, please let us know and we would love to connect with you. We have gathered career info as well and will be sure to send a contact list to current ADTs to reach out via email. Thank you!

Here is the tentative schedule for ADT alumni weekend on April 21-23! All events are optional and include ADT cocktail party and get-to-know-you “speed dating” with active members and career panel with silent auction of goods made by ADTs (including a cookbook of ADT recipes🤩). We can’t wait to see you there! Please feel free to email [email protected] and [email protected] for any questions.

We also know that there are many alumni that cannot make it but want to make career connections with actives and if you filled out the career form, we have your info and will send your email to actives with similar interests around April 21st. Thank you all! 💛🐢🕯

If you are interested in getting a new ADT crewneck sweatshirt, look no further! The sweatshirts will be forest green, and the letters will be gold with white borders (see below for an image of the colors). The sweatshirts come in sizes SMALL to 5XL. Each sweatshirt will be between $30 and $45 (depending on how many sweatshirts we order), plus shipping. After reviewing the responses we’ve received for Alumni Weekend, it looks like the weekend of April 21-23 allows for majority attendance! We will also have a virtual component of the career panel in which our members will be in touch with alumni in fields that match similar career interests. Thank you to everyone who responded to our form and who are considering attending! We will be corresponding with you more about the details of this event when I’m the coming months.
