Congratulations to Concordia University’s Competitive Leadership Team on their outstanding victory at the 2026 Collegiate Leadership Competition (CLC) Global Championship.

The CLC online championship was held April 16 and April 18. Over two days of rigorous competition, teams navigated six complex challenges designed to test both strategic outcomes and the ex*****on of leadership dynamics.

The CUNE Leadership Team toured Kimray, Inc. in Oklahoma City.

Kimray is a leading manufacturer of products for the oil and gas industry. They incorporate Christian principles in how they manage the business.

CUNE Leadership team wins the Collegiate Leadership Competition Midwest Regional Championship!!! The team traveled to Oklahoma City to win the championship belt.

Dr. Beck and students from the Organizational Behavior class toured Firespring in Lincoln and learned more about business as a force for good!

The Competitive Leadership team got together on Sunday afternoon to compete in a scrimmage with 10 other teams over zoom. They are learning each other’s strengths and developing effective problem solving strategies.
