Dairy ladies, or owner/operators who have VITAL ladies on the farm, this meeting is for you!

Introducing our UW-Madison Division of Extension VITAL breakout speakers. Farming can be stressful. The everyday pressures of finances, management decisions, and caring for animals can take a toll on one's physical and mental health. Cath Tease, Health and Well Being Educator, will discuss strategies to balancing mental health and taking care of yourself.

Carolina Pinzón, Extension Dairy Outreach Specialist, will discuss how dynamic, well-planned training sessions can equip your team with essential skills and knowledge while fostering a culture where employees feel heard and valued. Make continuous education a cornerstone of your farm culture to boost job satisfaction, build trust, and create a motivated, committed workforce ready to achieve greatness.

Please join us on Friday, March 7, at the Farm Wisconsin Discovery Center for VITAL (Valuably Informed Thriving Agriculture Leader) for a day of learning, networking, and fun with your dairy peers.
