Enjoy the spooky decorations on German Street, pop into our downtown restaurants and pubs for seasonal specials, and enjoy a variety of events throughout the month hosted by local merchants & restaurants, community organizations, and Shepherd University. The Town’s official Trick-or-Treat hours are from 6pm to 8pm on October 31 — please drive carefully and watch for small pedestrians in both the residential and downtown streets.
