Welcome to Ayers! Daytime classes are officially starting today, and we couldn't be more excited to have our newest students on campus.

This is just the beginning of something big. The hard work starts now, and we're right here with you every step of the way. We offer programs in Medical Assisting, Pharmacy Technology, Electrical Technology, and HVAC, each opening up many different career paths to choose from!

HVAC Technicians work with complex systems, tight deadlines, and one-on-one with customers. The job calls for patience when troubleshooting, clear communication on the job site, and a solid understanding of how mechanical systems operate!

Our HVAC program covers all of it, from refrigeration theory and electrical diagnostics to equipment installation and EPA 608 exam prep, across 36 weeks of hands-on training.

Ever wonder what an Electrical Technician does all day?

On any given job, they might be reading blueprints in the morning, troubleshooting a faulty motor control system by lunch, and running preventive maintenance checks before the day wraps up. No two days look the same!

At Ayers, our students train in all of these areas, working hands-on with electrical panels, wiring systems, and diagnostic tools before they ever set foot on a job site. A 120-hour externship with local employers is also included in the program to build both experience and confidence in our students' abilities.

Ayers has been training students to start new careers for over 70 years. We offer training programs in Electrical Technology, HVAC, Medical Assisting, and Pharmacy Tech. These are all fields with many different career path options to choose from. Our training is hands-on and includes a 120-hour externship built in no matter which program you choose.

Do you have the qualities of a medical professional?

Our Medical Assisting program is built for those who communicate well, demonstrate strong compassion, pay attention to the details, and can keep up in a fast-moving environment. If that sounds familiar, the skills are already there. And at Ayers, we will train you to put them to work!

This 36-week program covers clinical and administrative skills, CPR certification, phlebotomy, and a hands-on externship at local healthcare facilities. Graduates leave with an opportunity to receive one-on-one job placement support as well!
