September is Classical Music Month, so we’re putting a new spin on your study playlist!

Could classical music actually help you study? It can be worth trying. Instrumental music gives you some background sound without lyrics competing for your attention, and a familiar playlist can help create a consistent “study time” routine.

🎧 Try this:
• Pick 20–30 minutes of instrumental or classical music.
• Keep the volume low.
• Put your phone on Do Not Disturb.
• Focus on ONE study task until the playlist ends.

Then ask yourself: Did the music help me focus, or distract me?

There’s no one-size-fits-all study soundtrack. The goal is to find what works for you! 🎶
