MCC campuses will be closed from Saturday, Sept. 5 through Monday, Sept. 7, in recognition of Labor Day. During this time, the MCC recreation department will be closed, which includes the college's pool, gym and fitness center. MCC will re-open for services on Tuesday, Sept. 8, however, there will be no classes on that date. Classes will resume on Wednesday, Sept. 9. We hope you all have a safe and enjoyable holiday weekend!

With classes starting next week, now is the time to get your books and supplies in order! 📚✏️🎒

The MCC Bookstore has extended hours now through September 4 and is stocked and ready to help you! Swing by Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. or Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The Montcalm Community College summer 2026 session honors list includes 109 students. These students must have taken 6 credits or more to be eligible for honors.

Of these, 71 students obtained a 3.7 to 4.0 GPA earning them a place on the President’s Honors List. The remaining 38 students obtained a 3.3 to 3.69 GPA earning them a place on the Vice President’s Honors List.

Join us on Tuesday, August 11, for a guided tour of MCC's Sidney campus and our brand-new student housing community, Carbonelli Villas. Explore the spaces where you'll learn, study, connect with classmates, and make yourself at home this fall.

Whether you've already secured housing, are considering living on campus, or simply want to get familiar with MCC before classes begin, we'd love to show you around.

🕙 Tours will be offered on the hour beginning at 10 a.m., with the final tour starting at 2 p.m.
