We’re starting the night a little less spooky, so more guests can join in the fun. During the first hour, the lights will be on, and there will be no scarers for anyone who wants to experience the haunted house without the full scare.

Later in the evening, the lights go out and the scarers come in for guests ready for a more traditional haunted house experience.

How can we prepare students for a workforce increasingly shaped by AI?

Cochise College has launched AI-Powered Success, a new federally funded initiative bringing together students, educators and local industry to help shape AI education in Cochise County.

The project began with a listening session for local educators on September 9, with a session for industry and business stakeholders planned for this fall.

Through these conversations, Cochise College aims to strengthen connections between K-12 education, higher education and local employers while ensuring AI education reflects the needs of our region.

🎨 Creativity, culture and community came together at the Douglas Campus!

First-semester student Ambar Boneo created Entre Colores y Raíces, a temporary exhibit featuring 21 watercolor paintings inspired by Latin American countries and territories. Each piece highlights an iconic image along with a bilingual reference.

The exhibit is on display in the Douglas Campus Student Union through Hispanic Heritage Month.

Ambar is also the Douglas Campus Student Government Association vice president for student programming and recently helped bring students together for a watercolor event filled with colorful creations, good conversations and plenty of creativity.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, tried something new and made the event one to remember!
