His leadership helped establish key relationships with some of our most loyal customers, while advancing product innovation and strengthening Ideal’s presence in heavy-duty applications.

Our sales team has the winning mentality on the track and in the field! 🥇

After our annual sales meeting, the Ideal Tridon OE and Aftermarket teams hit K1 Racing in Nashville for an Olympic-inspired team event. The OE team may have swept the podium, but both teams are ready to carry that gold medal energy into 2026!

🎳 Last weekend, the Smyrna team enjoyed lots of food, bowling, laser tag, arcade games, and FUN at our second annual Family Day event at Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Centers! We love getting the chance to relax and gather together.

During this event, we also honored Mike Priddy with a special retirement celebration. Mike will be retiring in October after 45 years with Ideal Tridon. We are so thankful for everything he has done for our team.

This week, members of the Ideal Tridon team gathered for a retirement reception in honor of Ronnie Vandygrift, our Senior Engineering Test Lab Technician. He is retiring after nearly 43 years with Ideal Tridon.

Ronnie is a Journeyman Tool and Die maker and he was responsible for conducting hands on testing daily in our engineering test lab, where he worked for over 30 years. We are so proud of everything he has accomplished. He has been an integral part of our team for many years and leaves behind large shoes to fill!

Last week, members of the Ideal Tridon team gathered for a retirement reception in honor of Ben Bestwick. After 40+ years with the company, Ben is officially retired. We are incredibly grateful for the dedication and hard work he has put in over the years, and he will be greatly missed. Ben was an integral part of our team.
