Grad students and nonprofits are learning from each other in a partnership for the public good
A little bit of history, Dr. Louis Pasteur developed the process of pasteurization because one of the requirements of being an academic (in those days) was helping the community with a problem. Back then, it was wine that was spoiling (basically turning into vinegar) and thus their products were ruined.
