Meet Emily L from Marketing Essentials!

"Heyy! I’m Emily, and I’m from Irvine, California. I was in the Marketing Essentials program. The two weeks I spent at Tufts are two weeks I’ll never forget. The amazing community of students and teachers truly made my experience there special. There were so many fun activities and countless opportunities to connect with new people. What made it truly special, though, was spending those two weeks with friends who had similar goals and aspirations. We explored college life together, and I grew in ways I didn’t expect. Attending this program helped me become more social and confident; without it, I wouldn’t be as open and free as I am now."

"Hello my name is Nathalie Nova. I live in New York City just a few hours away from Boston. I was in the program called Leadership for Social Change which consisted of learning various leadership skills that will increase my abilities to make social change come to life. My experience was wonderful in all the positive aspects. I learned so many new things physically and mentally. A takeaway from the program that I resonate with the most is to do what you love despite anything else around you. Follow your dreams and get out of your comfort zone, so that you’re able to try new things! This has helped me so much and has increased my confidence drastically."
