Columbia College is hosting the La Fiesta! Celebrating Comunidad cultural enrichment event on Saturday Oct 5 2024 11AM to 2 PM at Carkeet park on the college campus!

We encourage everyone in our community to attend this free admission event celebrating all Latin American cultural & community with food, music, dance, and art!

Performances of traditional dancing and story-telling held from 11:15 AM to 1:30 PM, with of time to visit and support the food, art, and community vendor tables too.

Food, art, crafts from our local community businesses will be for sale. Local Community Organizations will share information and community engagement opportunities.

Please join us at this bi-annual celebration; bring your friends and family to La Fiesta at Columbia College!

Please join us for our fifth Native Voices event, open to the campus and community on Thursday, November 16 from 6-8pm. We will be showing a screening of the documentary film, “Daughter of a Lost Bird”, which follows Kendra, an adult Native adoptee, as she reconnects with her birth family, discovers her Lummi heritage, and confronts issues of her own identity.
