Hello everyone! We just wrapped up MEHA day 2! 👀

IUSB has had the honor to host the Mid East Honors Association Conference! We couldn't have done this conference without our generous sponsor Visit South Bend, Mishawaka!

We had the privilege and honor of inviting over 20 colleges to IUSB to share different projects and make connections. We had just wrapped up day 2 with our panel and scholars presentations AND a service project making literacy kits for La Casa de Amistad!

As a fun incentive we also had the privilege of letting students travel to the Potawatomi Zoo!

We are so thankful for all of those who came helped with the service project and helping a wonderful cause. As we head into tomorrow we will dive into poster sessions!

Hello Honors Titans!
We want to thank you for all the WONDERFUL donors that came out to our blood drive last week! We had a great turnout! ❤️

We were able to collect 36 total units of blood saving up to 72 lives in our own community!

Remember if you can continually donate, it can make a lasting impact on our community and help combat the ongoing blood donation shortage!

Hello . We are a week away from our annual Party with a Purpose! To celebrate International Women's Day, we are partnering with Malawi Matters to create reusable pads for women in Malawi.🌸

Come together to help young women in Malawi stay in school. Due to a lack of access to menstrual products, many young women fall behind in their studies and eventually drop out of school. Join the campus and broader community to make reusable pads for them. Stop by throughout the day, as your schedule allows, to cut and assemble the pads. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to stop by and help out. Please spread the word and invite your friends!🤝

If possible, please bring your own scissors to the party! Other materials as well as refreshments will be provided.

We are also running a donating for local women! A donation box will be available in the Honors Lounge in front of Karrie Jean’s office (Administration 163) throughout the entire month of March. 🩷

👋 Hello Titans! We hope everyone is having an amazing start to the Spring semester!

✍️ Make sure you're on track to meet your requirements! This could mean: taking an honors course, in the community, or attending one of our amazing events!

🗓️ This week we have two great options for you: attend a mens basketball game on Wednesday or our first bookclub meeting on Thursday!

🎒 Above all, keep a strong start this semester! Ask your professors for help (we promise they don't bite!) or visit the ACE tutoring center in the library!

Did you know if you visit the ACE center once
a month all semester and write a short
reflection, you'll be entered into a drawing for
a scholarship!?
