The purpose of FalconCorps is to foster participation in community service, increase awareness about service related issues, and increase understanding about social justice issues. -Develop federal work study community service opportunities
-Serve as a center of service for Notre Dame College
-Provide reflection opportunities for all service events
-Provide at least two service opportunities per m

onth
-Provide opportunities for both domestic and international immersion service trips
-Support and Encourage the college community in integrating service learning into the curriculum.

Service is an essential part of Notre Dame College’s mission, and students are encouraged to live that mission as soon as they step onto campus. On Saturday, Aug. 27, NDC’s incoming students will therefore host a community food collection benefitting the Heights Emergency Food Center.
