123 Years ago today four men who shared common beliefs and ideals came together to form a brotherhood that would reach thousands of men. Over a century later their founding ideals still hold strong, "To advance truth and justice, to promote scholarship, to encourage chivalry, to diffuse culture, and to develop character in the service of God and man".
