Wofford College, established in 1854, is a four-year, residential liberal arts college located in Spartanburg, South Carolina. It offers 27 major fields of study to a student body of 1,775 undergraduates. The college community has 12 sororities and fraternities and is home to one of the nation’s earliest Phi Beta Kappa chapters. Wofford is home to 19 NCAA Division I athletics teams – and will add softball in 2024 – made up of student-athletes with some of the highest graduation rates in the country. A member of the Southern Conference, Wofford athletics regularly places the college on the national stage. In addition, the college has hosted summer training camp for the NFL’s Carolina Panthers for 27 years.
