Hey guys, This is Max Lefebvre the new president of the outdoors club while Mary Kathryn is abroad for this semester. I'm posting about an opportunity for suggestions regarding activities you guys would like to see us add to our calendar for this coming semester, if you guys want to comment below what activity you guys would like to see more of. (it could be things like hiking, mountain biking, rafting, movie nights, etc.) Thank you guys for your participation and you should hear from us again in the near future.

Hey guys!

I hope you all had a great summer and are enjoying the semester so far. I'm really excited for some outdoor adventure this year and hope you all are too! We're looking to get the club more active this year and we would love for more people to participate and help plan events.

So to start things off we are going to have a meeting this Thursday night at 8:30pm in the Pavilion. We'll get a fire going and hopefully have some food and drinks. The idea is to get to know each other, talk about plans for the semester, and hear what ideas y'all have! Following that, the first real outdoorsy event will be a rafting trip on the French Broad River October 1st! Dean Bigger has offered to fund this trip, so let's take advantage of that (fyi rafting is not cheap, so this is an awesome opportunity). Additionally, we plan to camp out while we're up there, which will also be saweeeeet. November 7th is the Green River Race - a super awesome whitewater race/festival that is only an hour from Wofford and is free! So that's what we have coming up, I hope to see lots of you all there! And as always, feel free to email me with questions/concerns/comments about all this good stuff.

Hey everyone! welcome back for the new year, I look forward to getting out with y'all in 2016 (stay posted for upcoming events).
