Spartanburg ZTA Alumnae engage in a variety of monthly activities and support our collegians at Wofford College and USC Upstate!

The purpose of Zeta Tau Alpha is the intensifying of friendship, the fostering of a spirit of love, the creating of such sentiments, the performing of such deeds, and the moulding of such opinions as will be conducive to the building up of a purer and nobler womanhood in the world.

It’s officially summertime, so let’s celebrate with our ZTA sisters! ☀️😎 Spartanburg alumnae, & sisters are invited to join us us at the ballpark to cheer on the Spartanburgers ⚾️ on Friday, June 12 for our only sisterhood event of the summer! Bring your BFF, your date, your kiddos, or just enjoy time with your fellow sisters… but the more the merrier!

What a Woman Wednesday: Ginny Fowler! 🩷

Though many of us know as the longstanding General Advisor of Theta Zeta, she also serves our alumnae chapter as a member of our nominating committee, and has a volunteer history of collegiate, alumnae, and national service roles more than two pages long! 😮

In anticipation of ’s 50th Anniversary, Ginny has taken on the monumental task of creating a complete Theta Zeta family tree. Her work to connect current collegiate sisters and alumnae back to our charter members is a true labor of love that honors our sisterhood’s history! 🩵👑

We were so thrilled that Ginny was recognized as recipient of the SC Zeta Lady Award at Zeta Day earlier this year. Beyond her official titles, Ginny is a mentor to many. Ginny embodies the spirit of ZTA in everything she does. She shows up, she leads without seeking recognition, and she does it all with a grace that inspires us daily. Thank you, Ginny, for being our “Zeta Lady!” 🥰 You’re simply the best!

We did it! 🎉🎓💰We are thrilled to announce that our spring scholarship fundraising efforts were a massive success! Thanks to everyone who participated in our Instagram fundraising blitz and joined us for “Pizza and Pints” at Hub Taproom, we raised OVER $2,000 for our 2026 Spartanburg Alumnae Recognition Scholarship!

We are so proud of our alumnae for showing up so steadfastly for the next generation of local ZTA leaders, and we look forward to introducing you to our next scholarship recipient very soon! 🩵
