The Spencer campus offers over 60 program options and over half of the courses for many other NTC programs can be completed in Spencer. Featured programs at Spencer include: Liberal Arts, Nursing Assistant (CNA), EMT, Nursing, Medical Assistant, IT, Business Management, Dental Hygienist and Human Services Associate.

Samyris Thao, Wausau, found a great fit for her nursing education in her hometown, where she can earn a bachelor’s degree through UW-Stevens Point and partnering institution Northcentral Technical College.

May is Motorcycle Safety Awareness Month!

Scott Anderson became a Rider Coach in 2017 because he has a passion for safe motorcycling.

"I took the Basic Rider Course as a student in 2012 and remember how beneficial it was to me and how it contributed it to my safety on the roadway" Scott said. "I remember seeing the instructor's passion they had for safe motorcycling and how they really enjoyed being there. At the time, I thought 'Someday, I want to do that!'"

Teaching a Basic Rider Course is an active few days, observing and analyzing students to effectively coach and reinforce riding techniques and good habits.

"It’s amazing to see some students come into the class never having operated a motorcycle and develop the skillset to earn their motorcycle license by the end of the class," he said. "To this day, that is still my biggest highlight."
